- We will completely survey your individual needs and recommend services based on your
specific home or business, environmental, and budgetary requirements.
- We will fully understand your budgetary requirements. If we cannot meet your budgetary needs, we won't waste your time with a proposal.
- We will use only materials that are environmentally-conscious, and will be especially
vigilant about the needs of clients with children and pets.
- We will respect your needs based on schedule, flexibility and application. We will go the extra mile to please you.
- We will not waste your time trying to sell you services you do not need.
- We will always put our customers first.
- Our staff will always be polite, courteous and helpful.
- We aim to reply to letters, emails and customer comments within three working days.
- We will answer your calls as quickly as possible. Our phone lines are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- We will actively consult with our customers, welcoming comments, feedback and suggestions as we are continually aiming to improve our services.
*If you feel we have either excelled or fallen short of our Pledge to you, please fill out our on-line Customer Feedback Form and tell us what you think. Allpromises made as part of this pledge will be monitored and the results of this will be provided by way of feedback.
