New Jersey Pest Management Professionals are governed by the Department of Environmental Protection.  If you are a licensed applicator in New York State a reciprocal license program is available.  Regular examinations and ongoing approved training courses are required to maintain pesticide licenses.

New Jersey requires special consumer information sheets to be distributed to clients to notify them of their rights.  Public or Private schools and other sensitive environments require certain restrictions when pesticide applications are necessary.  Many effective termite control products are registered and permitted for use in New Jersey.
